Throughout the manufacturing process the toolmakers continuously inspect the tool components for dimensional accuracy using the latest Mitutoyo optical measuring equipment. At the end of the manufacturing process each tool undergoes a final inspection using an OGP SmartScope CNC 500 with six station touch probe and laser sensor, where all steel sizes are measured and confirmed. If requested, a tool inspection report is created and submitted with tool delivery. |
