The Stoke Mandeville factory is the hub for global operations and is within easy reach of all major UK airports. There are fast links to the M25, M40, M1 and M4 motorways, making it easily accessible to customers throughout the country.
As well as closed cell climate controlled tool manufacturing the factory also houses administration, design & development, mould shop and the dedicated climate controlled inspection facility. The mould shop was completed in 2010 and houses two Sumitomo Demag moulding machines which are used for first-off sampling, FAT and initial batch runs. There is also additional capacity for clients to deliver their own machines for closed cell tool validation.
The design & development office works with it's counterpart in Sri Lanka to offer cutting edge tool design using 3D CAD modelling.
All tool warranties, maintenance and repairs are performed in the UK facility.
