Precision Moulds offers nationwide pick-up and delivery for tool servicing and repairs, with a dedicated team of 3 toolmakers.

The service area has a dual Demag hoist for tool turning and handling up to 5 tonnes. An in-house Alpha CNC laser welder with automatic wire feed facilitates the rapid turnaround of repairs to minimise customer downtime.

The Company also offers tool planned maintenance (TPM) for
pre-scheduled tool servicing, which includes:

• Collection & delivery
• Full tool strip down
• Ultrasonic cleaning of all inserts to remove all gas and debris
• O-ring change
• Visual evaluation for damage and wear

On completion the customer is advised of any repairs needed or maintenance that needs to be scheduled.
